Hi, my name is Travis…

…,Travis Ulrich, (hence Ulrich Design). I’m a graphic designer with a background in marketing. I routinely do a variety of design work for print and graphics, and those are great, but my passion is working on logos. I’ve done a variety of projects for clients locally and remotely in Canada and the United States.

Marketing Background

In Spring of 2009, I graduated from Lakehead University with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in marketing and general management, receiving first class standing – which is a fancy way of saying that I figured out how to earn decent marks on my exams.

Logos and Identity

Logos are my favourite part of design. They are such a big piece of your brand and set the tone for your company identity. A good logo design offers immediate recognition, and inspires a measure of trust, admiration, loyalty, and implied superiority. I believe that a logo can also have the power to inspire the organization it belongs to.

Servicing Local and Remote Clients

I always love to get together with a client and talk in person over a Starbucks or something but I’ve also had a lot of personal success offering great service to people who I don’t even get to meet in person or talk to on the phone!
